2023 Football Pre-Game Meals Registration

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment for pre-game meals. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from CHHS Panther Football. Offline payment is also available and instructions are on the final pages of the registration process.

If you are new to our website, you will need to create a parent SportsEngine account. It is free and you will not receive any emails from the website. It is for access only and ease of filling out forms in the future because it autosaves demographic information.

Regarding the first question of the process, "Who Are You Registering?" it does not matter if you select yourself (a parent/guardian) or your player's name (if you have more than one player in the family, either play can be selected). IT DOES NOT AFFECT THE BOOSTER CLUB REGISTRATION OR MEAL PLAN PURCHASE.
